By accessing offshield.tech or using the OffShield VS Code Extension, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Licensing & Access

OffShield provides security analysis tools and extensions. License keys issued under the Pro tier are single-user and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized.

3. Acceptable Use

OffShield security features and scanning tools are intended for authorized security testing, code auditing, and defensive development on systems you own or have explicit permission to test.

4. Limitation of Liability

OffShield Security is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our security analysis tools.
